At the beginning of 2020?
My copywriting business was growing rapidly. We were booked 3 months in advance, and I found myself loving every single moment, but working 12 hour days.
The thing is? Externally and internally as a business, we were profitable and successful, but internally? I felt like I was in a washing machine.
It wasn't until I slowed down, and paused to consider what success actually meant to me that I realised I was building my business based on what others thought was "success".
When success to me? Was all about the creative space. The freedom. The excited eyes when I shared something with my clients that they were then able to use and create epic results. It was the impact. The legacy.
So in 2020, I decided to be more intentional with the way I was going to grow my business. Growing it in the way that felt most aligned to me. Which wasn't measured by project conversions, but instead impact. I began to envelope my knowledge, and shared literally everything we were doing at Wordfetti out in to the world.
